Run between 2005-2007, through this project we contributed to the continuous increase in the chances of survival of patients who use the Emergency Medical Services by increasing the quality of these services.

Implemented between 2005-2006 in partnership with SIGESA/Spain, this intervention analyzed the resource allocation within the Romanian healthcare system health and issued recommendations to improve the DRG funding system for the public hospitals.
