Run between 2006-2007, through this project we evaluated the delivery of reproductive health services by family doctors and specialized physicians and the assessment of the consumption of reproductive health services by various population groups (general population, rural population, Roma population, etc).
Carried out in the period 2006-2007, this intervention supported the improvement of the allocation of resources of the Bucharest Clinical Emergency Hospital.
In the first six months of 2007, we supported the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova to develop the National Health Strategy and Action Plan in a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation/Moldova Office. Together with the Swiss company KEK-Consultants, we developed the structure of the strategic documents and the working process, validated them with decision makers, and then supported the thematic working groups (governance, financing, health service delivery, human resources) to develop and harmonize strategic measures and concrete actions, with related funding sources, for the Strategy Action Plan.
In 2006-2007, we contributed to strengthening the managerial skills of the members of the Local Coordination Groups (GCL), within the country program "Family Health Initiative", financed by USAID and implemented by the JSI Research & Training Institute from the United States. GLC members are representatives of local or devolved municipal institutions from sectors of activity with duties and roles in the vast field of reproductive health, maternal and child health. Within the project, we developed a course curriculum, manuals and training materials and trained GLC members from 11 counties, so that they are prepared to plan, implement and monitor the interventions they coordinate as well as possible .
